TCC Script for Offer Letter

At this time, our recruiters extend the eoffer to the candidate and then have to go under More Actions again and extend the offer letter in an email format to the candidate.

Has anyone been able to streamline this process in a way that would do both at the same time?

Can you create a TCC script to automatically send the offer letter to the candidate?

I would be interested to hear how your organization shares the official offer letter with the selected candidate.
