Capture Data recording preferences for candidates and employees
Our business have engaged with a third party data aggregate tool. We are seeking a means to provide users an opt-out option that will be recorded against their person profile (or other means if necessary). This option will need to be made available to candidates that engage through the career site as well as employees who do not engage with the career site.
We have investigated using the extra information section of the job application flow and person extensible flex fields, however it is unclear if a candidate completes this detail if it will be stored on their person profile due to the EFF not sharing usage contexts.
