Assign Journey based on Performance Rating

Does anyone have a worked example of a triggering event based on Performance Rating?


Content (required):

We are testing a Probation Journey that should be triggered on specific Performance Rating (e.g. Confirmation, Extension etc), but we are having issues triggering the checklist.

When configuring the Groups and Expressions for the event, we have tried everything we could think of to find the correct trigger for the performance rating field (Rating Level, Name, Description, Short Description, Numeric Rating, Rating ID), but none of them work. We have made the numeric rating unique so it does not accidentily get assigned based on mid year or annual reviews.
