Will it cause an integration issue or error if I manually add business units in Taleo?

There are only few business units that needs to be added in Taleo. When adding the business units in Smrt Org, there are only few fields which we need to populate. The same thing with Legal Employer.

Currently the schedule is turned off. And since the scenario is only few items need to be added both in fusion and taleo, i was thinking of just adding it directly to taleo rather than. Will this cause an issue?

In addition, it is very rare that the company keeps on adding business units which is the reason why the schedule is off.
