Hi All,

We have a requirement to send a recruitment survey to the Line managers for a particular requisition once employee is hired.

Currently we have a task tagged to Onboarding Checklist which gets triggered to Line manager for all the employees hired for a particular requisition. So if there is a mass hiring, the same task gets triggered for all the employees. So this is particularly adding no value to the business.

Please suggest some solution to achieve this requirement and send only one recruitment survey request from ORC to the line managers for a particular requisition.
