Summary:

Hello

i have customize report in BI and this report is work perfect with all user using windows and Firefox browser , but have one user is have MAC and Safari browser when open this report is show blank after select parameter and report is hanging , issue it's not credential because the same user is able to run report in Windows .

Please advise .
