Add a Phase in Selection Process

Summary:

We have a requirement to create a new Phase in candidate selection process, after interview and selection process and before releasing offer letter. Client want to collect few information as part of the pre employment verification before releasing the offer. They are not ready to take BGV standard application. But they just want to include one step to collect the data.

How can we achieve this, If any one worked on this kind of issue let me know please.
