Has anyone found a workaround for collecting candidate feedback on mass?

Summary:

The client has tens of candidates going through the recruitment process each week. Recruiters would have to click into every candidate and click Actions, Collect Feedback and go through that flow which would take a long time for volume recruiting.

Does anyone have a good workaround for this as I would assume this is a common issue when doing large volume recruiting.
