Is anyone else has suffered due to if manager has more than 500 workers, we hide the Talent ratings
Summary:
In 21D release, if manager has more than 500 workers, we hide the Talent ratings summary(both table and graph). We only show the Compensation ratings summary to those managers.
Content (required):
In 21D update, if there are more than 500 workers in compensation worksheet, table and graph are not shown. What is the solution to it other than OTBI analysis. This has caused extreme headache for us as top management is unable to view performance rating distribution while doing performance calibration.
