Pop up confirmation when an interview invite is sent?

Summary:

As part of our interview process, our hiring managers are the users who send candidates out interview invites. However they don't receive a pop up to let them know the interview has been sent. This has resulted in managers thinking the invite hasn't gone out so they resend the invite again. Is it possible to create a pop up confirmation to alert the manager the invite has gone out?
