Create a Pay Element that will get picked up in the NEXT Payroll if missed in Current

Summary:

We're using Individual Compensation Plans (ICP) and unfortunately ran into an instance where the Manager Approval is AFTER the creation date of the Payment Request. How can we insure that the payment with an effective date of the previous pay period gets picked up in the NEXT pay run.

Basically the problem is that the ICP creates an effective start date of when the employee requests the payment and the manager could approve it weeks later, missing the payroll.

Content (required):

Weekly Sunday to Saturday Payrolls with pay date of FOLLOWING Friday. Example 1-2-2022 thru 1-8-2022 Pay Period (PAY Date 1-14-2022)

Howdy, Stranger!
