Account Description is as the code in General Ledger Analysis and error when the columns are added

Trying to build up an analysis report but when extracting the account description it is the same as the account code. But in the value sets the account description is in words as expected. Example - "Fixed Asset Account".

What could cause this difference to fetch the account code into the analysis as the description?

And an error is given out for the results when Account Code and Account Description columns are added.
