Holiday accruals issue with new hires into HR from Recruiting

Morning,

Got an issue with backdated new hires into HR from Recruiting. This has been raised as an SR but wanted to see if anyone on here has run into it.

So, the error is - any new hire on Oracle Recruit - that is put through with a hire date that has a prior date to the record passing through as HR processed on Oracle Recruit ,the holiday accrual doesn't calculate.

We believe the reason for this is that the Pending worker record and the employee record have the same start date - and the pending worker record is then terminated on that same date.
