How does an Active Development Goal go into an Inactive status?
Summary: While doing a review in advance of 2022 Goal Planning, we have found that some employees have Inactive Development Goals that show similar parameters (Start Date, Target Completion Date, etc.) to other Development Goals that are showing as Active. Within both the User and Admin configuration, we're not showing any options that would allow either party to designate a goal as "Inactive" so we are hoping to understand what is driving that designation?
