Clean Up for Draft & Rejected Requisitions & Disappearing Requisitions Pending Approval
Summary:
Hi everyone – I’m looking for suggestions, resources, best practices with regards to “junk” or “stale” requisitions. Mainly I am referencing requisitions that are in a status of Approval – Rejected and Draft - In Progress and just sitting in the submitter’s queue. I understand that these can be cleaned up via the Transaction Console but doing so is very manual and time consuming.
Content (required):
In my testing it doesn’t appear that submitters can cancel/delete requisitions in these statuses (in the UI). Is that correct?
Do you know of clients or businesses that have some sort of clean up process for this?
