Create a BPA from RA/RFQ and combine it to an already created BPA for the same supplier from RFQ

Summary:

Multiple RA/RFQ has been awarded to the same supplier. And can all those awarding be combined into one single BPA? or Can those separately created BPA's be combined into one single BPA later after creation.

Content (required):

A RFQ is awarded to a supplier and BPA is created. Same supplier is awarded in the next week and we want to add that line item to the same BPA created last week.
