How to setup Approval with different condition for the same ICP When Initiated by EMP & HRBP

Summary:

Hi Experts,

Have an ICP that can be initiate by Both Employee and HRBP. But rule logic is different.

Initiated by EMP : Should go for LM Approval

Initiated by HRBP for employees using Administer Individual Compensation : Should become auto approve.

Also, when the HRBP raise the same ICP for self from "Me" it should behave the same rule as employee.

For the above scenario, what should be the attributes used in the rule.
