Employee appears in the Directory but not in Candidate Search in Hiring

Summary:

All UOW employees are also candidates so that they can be added to requisitions. There is an issue with an employee who is not appearing in the candidate search - Travis Wall. He doesn't appear in Candidate Search though when we try to create a record of that name we get an error. He however does appear in the Directory. Kindly find the attachment for the same.

Please advice.
