We are getting the error "The Microsoft tokens have expired. Sign into the Microsoft 365 add-in again. (ZPS_365-5685020)" on our Outlook Integrator for Oracle Engagement Cloud (CX Sales now). This happens after signing in to our Production environment after clicking the "Authorize" button.
