Can we Exposed Sales Order Approval BPM to External System

Summary: We have set up the Sales Order Approval in Oracle Cloud. But we have an External Quote System where we will Enter the Sales Order. Can we expose the Sales Order BPM Approval Hirechly to External System Through Web/Rest Service? Does BPM have those Service Exposable?

We need this for Sales Order, Return Order and No Charge Order.
