Journeys/onboarding-Task cant be completed without furnishing the required details

Summary:

We have a situation where the customer wants the pending worker to complete the onboarding tasks only after submitting/furnishing the requested details on the task and then click on complete. Without submitting the details of the task the complete button should not be enabled. Any suggestions on this.
