On Boarding Journey notifications

Summary:

We are testing our journey notifications in lower environments and we seems to have issues with On Boarding notifications in some scenarios. We have notifications set on journey and task levels

Content (required):

When we set up new hire who started in the past or the same day and notifications for those are working fine.

When I set up a new hire starting in the future, only task notification came through on their hire date but no checklist (journey) notification arrived.

Also when we set up a future dated hire and had to change their start date (which was still in the future) no notifications came through.
