How can we customize the home page at the organization level for Visual Analyzer in OAS?

Summary:

In Visual Analyzer/DV, currently a user can customize his own page. Can this be accomplished at the organization level where we can hide datasets, machine learning or data flow for users?

At the user level, in OAS, a user can customize the home page settings. Can this be done for all users at the organization level?

Specifically, we would like to hide datasets from the homepage for all users.

I do not believe this is possible. What users an object is allowed to see can be controlled through roles. But If the user has access to an object, not, making it available on the home page cannot be controlled at an org level through admin rights.
