Summary:

Ever Since 21D update, we are having issues attaching files in all modules with this error message Error: The file attachment is not saved. Unable to execute service CHECKIN_NEW_SUB and function makeNewRevClass. The error was caused by an internally generated issue. The error has been logged. Prior to 21D update on 1/22, we had no issues with attachments. Anyone know how to resolve this? I opened an SR with Oracle but wanted to see if anyone has seen this before and provide a solution. Attachments work fine in Test and Dev environments. I also tried multiple browsers in Prod but
