Summary:

Do compute instances have hostnames which I can connect to the instance with, instead of the IP address, please?

Content (required):

I have noticed that my OCI Compute instances do not show/have hostnames which can be externally accessed from what I can see. Is it possible to obtain a hostname which is assigned to the IP address please? Thanks to this I would be able to connect via hostname instead of directly with IP address. Thank you
