Default grade based on employee age
We need to default the grade in assignment/employment based on the age of the employee during a hire/create pending worker phase.
Is this something that can be configured with autocomplete? and if so what would the rule look like?
So as an example: if the age of the employee is 16 on the hire date then grade should be 'Admin01' If the age is 17 then 'Admin04' etc
