How to pull background check consent e-signature

Summary:

Our background check passport vendor (PreTrax) is requesting the date/time stamp and e-signature of when a candidate consents to the background check, which is in the 2nd pass. When I search in OBI for the e-signature field or background check box I can't find either of these fields. Has anyone tried to pull this information and if so, how did you do this?
