Atom Feeds are not reflecting changes done through HDL and HSDL

Description (Required): We were not able to see data in Atom Feeds when we are loading data through Mass Loading Tool (HDL/HSDL) . We got a recommendation from Oracle to use ENABLE_INCREMENTAL_LOAD_EVENTS for this issue . We are able to achieve the data in Atom Feeds through it . But we are seeking for any alternate solution by which we can handle this issue without using ENABLE_INCREMENTAL_LOAD_EVENTS in HDL / HSDL so that the solution is robust as this is an optional step that no one is doing today when creating HDL files or HDSL templates. Is there any other solution apart
