Mass Update and Upload of Enrollments

Bulk/Mass upload of the courses or enrollments for a group of learners.

We have a requirement wherein if a training is taken out of the system (it can be any other in-person or online training) by the learners then the courses taken out of the system by the learners then it needs to be mass uploaded of the enrollments for the recording purpose.

Can this be achieved by using HDL? If yes, then which HDL file should be used? Please share the sample file with sample data. If no, then what is the other way or the workaround for this.
