Prevent job scraping from external career sections

Summary:

Question on external career sections being ‘scraped’ for jobs. Excuse my lack of complete understanding of how this is technically done, but as far as I can gather, external sites like Google and others will scrape an external facing career section for jobs and host the vacancies on their sites? If we had an external career section where we did not want this to happen would that be possible?
