How should application draft reminders work?
Summary:
In our environment, we have active content items for Saved Draft Application Notification and Saved Draft Application Reminder. We also have the Send Notifications to Draft Applications scheduled process running every 5 minutes. However it seems candidates are not receiveing either.
Wanted to check the trigger for sending. I have read it is triggered after 10 minutes of inactivity on the application. Does this mean 10 minutes of inactivity on your device, 10 minutes of inactivity on the page or should it send if you close the application before completing? Tried all but none sending out
