Punchout setup cXML sending locations for requesters ordering for multiple locations

Summary:

I am new to Oracle so I'm sure I won't use the correct terms. I've had zero training so please bare with me. We have been told this can't be done, but our old ERP system did do this so I'm having a hard time believing Oracle can't do this. We have requesters that order for multiple locations. Based on the location, the vendor provides different catalogs that the requester can order from. Can we send the location in the cXML that goes out to the vendor during the punchout session? Like in an extrinsic value?
