Applying for Job Req's that are in Spanish - Getting Started "Applying"

When a candidate changes the career site from English to Spanish the subsequent changes take effect as expected. When they press the apply button they are taken to the oraclecloud site the language is English as per Production environment setting.
Is there a way that if the Job Req is in Spanish that this page is either in Spanish or has a very clear notification advising how and where to change this language (Pic 1)
We know if they click on the Home Icon (Pic 2) and then on the 3 bars (Pic 3) they then can select their language (Pic 4), but it isnt clear at all to a brand new person using this system or where to go to change
