Unable to see Referral Icon under the current jobs

Hello Gurus,

Can someone please help me here? We have just implemented ORC and have this issues,

Employee login to the system> Me> Current Jobs.

  1. The icons under the search is visible. i have checked the Refer a Candidate, Refer an Employee in HCM Design studio they're visible. I am not sure what else is stopping it to show to the employees. As shown in the picture below, nothing can be seen underneath it

Please suggest with the steps to enable them.
