Summary:

When requisitions are processed into negotiations, suppliers may have the option to bid with alternate lines. These alternate lines may be the same item with different pricing, or attributes, or a different item or product altogether. You have the option to award these alternate lines and create purchasing documents to fulfill the requisitions.

Example:

Category Manager processes multiple requisition lines into a negotiation.

·     Line 4 is a description-based item Leather Seat Covers – White.

·     Line 5 is a fixed price service Seat Cover Installation.

·     Line 1 is an inventory item Print Paper.

Step 1: Add requisition lines to Document Builder and create a negotiation.
