Restrict items to certain organizations

Summary:

We need when the user creates a Sales Order that does not allow him to add certain items when he chooses certain organizations, but these items can be used in the rest of the inventory organizations.

Content (required):

Example, we have 3 inventory organizations, ORG01, ORG02, ORG03 and item A001. Then for the organization ORG01 the item is associated but it should not allow you to create sales orders for item A001 but it should allow you to create sales orders for ORG02 and ORG03.
