Can we modify the Talent Review Population Selection filters to allow for multiple selection?

Summary:

We have a request from our business partners to modify the Population Selection filters (Step 4 of the Talent Review meeting setup) so that they can select multiple values. For example, they would like to search using two different job codes and pull those employees into the population but the fields only allow for one selection.
