Element Entry Loader tool using the HDL Transformation fast formula

Hi Folks,

We wanted to develop an Element Entry Loader tool using the HDL Transformation fast formula.

The input file should be a CSV containing the following information:

Person_number, effective_start_date, effective_end_date, element_name, input_value1_name, value1, input_value2_name, value2, input_value3_name, value3, override_flag

We should also generate a log file containing the status of each line: successful or error

Please let me know your thoughts on this.
