Restriction in promotion that employee should be promoted to new grade of 1 level up only
How we can set up the workforce compensation plan in such a way that the manager should be able to enter a 'New grade' of 1 level up of current grade only?
We have a requirement where in salary increase compensation plan manager can promote their employees to new grades.
We need to have a validation that the new grade of the employee should be 1 level up to the employee's current grade.
Is there any way to do it?
