Default Last Contractual Date in Termination

Summary:

Default the last contractual date in termination action with the projected end date.

Content (required):

When the manager initiates a termination for one of his contingent workers, the projected end date should be defaulted in the last contractual date field to ensure that the manager is informed of this date. Please find attached the setup for this rule but it doesn't seem to work. When I, as a manager, start the termination & select the reason 'Termination CWR', the date is still today's date instead of the projected end date. Is there something configured wrong? Many thanks in advance!
