Report to Extract Worksheet configuration display

How to extract column which are configured for any WFC plan with name and Caption.

Content (required):

We have configured WFC plan for which we mapped different column as per our requirement. Now we want to see all these column in excel sheet either it can be the budget or worksheet.

Is there any standard report or OTBI in this regard.
