We have observed that the FIT tax is not getting withheld for supplemental runs (even when there is no such exemption on the employee calculation card)

If the employee has regular earnings without any bonus (supplemental earning) element , the payroll process does end up in withholding FIT tax as expected.

But if the same employee has any bonus or other supplemental earnings - the FIT tax is not getting withheld.

Has anyone come across this issue and found the root cause/fix?

We have SR open with Oracle but there is no resolution as yet.
