We noticed a lot of applicant in our system who have incomplete application.

We are trying to explore a way in which in we can mark these candidates as Complete if they have at least completed a particular step or have at least uploaded their resumes.

We know we can still process these candidates irrespective of the fact that they have an incomplete application but we have some downstream impacts for which we are trying to find a solution.
