CMK for PO Outbound messaging

Hi,

21D version.

We are trying to send the Purchase Order outbound message using Collaboration messaging framework. We have a requirement to send PO document to supplier provided URL: GIS application(https://gis.qa.cdw.com/cXMLOrderRequest)

We want to know what is the necessary configuration needed to achieve this.

Please help us by giving some guidance on this requirement.
