How to populate other filed by doing some calculation.

Content (required):

We have defined one Column "Numeric Column 16" values in user-define table, Now whatever user enter then other filed populated which is filed "Numeric Column 17".

How "Numeric Column 17" will get auto changed based on amount exist in "Numeric Column 16".
