Can we use Position for Explore Roles Functionality in Career Development?
Summary:
We are implementing Oracle HCM Cloud right now and looking to implement for Position Management. We are planning to use more common Job but specific Position and associate Content Type (Competencies, License and etc.) to each position.
In the explore role functionality and best-fit-person, is the functionality will work 100% if we use Position instead of Job?
