Integrate EBS Install Base Assets with B2B Service

We are looking to integrate Install Base Assets from external EBS to B2B Service. This is needed for the following requirements -

- Log SRs against the assets (ex, product repair)

- View/Manage IB assets


These assets are created and currently managed in EBS Install Base Assets. We have B2B Sales and Service license but do not have a SCM license. Can we use IBA created in EBS within B2b Service?
