I wanted to highlight one specific area in our Ideas Lab that often comes under discussion mostly on a logistical basis. You may have noticed that we direct customers sometimes to log ideas directly under the Approvals Infrastructure team through an SR. This is because the BPM team does not have a presence in this Customer Connect Portal at this time.
This obviously causes a bit of confusion as to when to log an idea directly via a Support SR who should then create an ER or let customers know how an ER ought to be created. I wanted to offer up a bit of clarity:
