Notes Columns appear to have no boundaries when placed side by side unless there is different type of column separating them or the Note text spreads to the edge of the report page

Content (required):

I found that I needed to place a separator column between multiple Note Columns that were originally placed side by side. We found that when comment/text entered that exceeded the fixed width of the column failed to respect the size limit of the column and only began to wrap down in the expandable row when the edge of the report was reached. This overrode the Note Columns placed next to it making the other Note Columns inaccessible. The column borders disappeared and the text spread across to the edge of the report page. It respected
