Clear Cache from Manage Personal Contributions that uses Dynamic Individual Compensation Plans
Looking for options to clear cached data in the Manage Personal Contributions screen. This occurs when an option/plan goes from being available to not available or vice versa.
We are rolling out a plan that an employee can select in Manage Personal Contributions. These plans use Individual Compensation Plans that have eligibility profiles built in. When an employee becomes eligible or ineligible for the plan, the Personal Contribution screens does not change until Browser Cache is cleared. This is not a practical solution for our 15000+ employees.
How can the screen Automatically refresh? In the below example the employee is no longer eligible and should show "No suggestions to display"
